Month of July sale Policy: entire website is on sale due usual shipping delays while out of the country for this month. Business will return to normal August 1st. To show our appreciation of your patience and support we are discounting the entire website for the month of July. All end of June and July orders will be shipped out the month of August. There are no refunds after 48 hrs from date of purchase. Normal return policy will apply. Please see below.

Return policy: Our small business creates herbal medicine by hand to order. Due to COVID and it being a food item, we do not provide refunds after 24hrs after order has been placed. There are no refunds on food items. (Sea moss, teas, elderberry syrup)

If item is received damaged, (jar or bottle cracked, leaks, etc) we ask a picture of the damaged item to be sent via email, along with shipping information. Once photo has been submitted and approved, we will send a replacement as priority shipping.


Sea moss Gel policy:

Our Sea moss is a food item with no preservatives. It is a time sensitive, perishable item and needs to be refrigerated ASAP. Our sea moss is shipped frozen and arrives thawed within 2-3 days from shipping day.

It’s important that you keep track of the order so it’s not sitting out for too long. We are not responsible if the item goes bad from not being refrigerated after it has been shipped.

We kindly suggest keeping track of the order and know when it will arrive so it can be refrigerated ASAP.
