The Optimom Yoni steam is a beautiful floral and airy blend, that will literally give your Yoni a hug from the inside. This blend will soothe, cell repair, tighten and calm the body allowing you to get the most out of your Yoni Steam. 


Ingredients: Rose, Lavender, raspberry leaf, mugwort, motherwort, calendula, yarrow

Extra towels
Sheet, or light blanket

Directions / Care information

Please one cup Of herbs in 2liters of spring water in a pot. Boil for 10 minutes, steep off burner for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer liquids into a glass or ceramic bowl. Carefully kneel with the bowl in between your legs. You can place small soft towels under your knees for more comfort. Use your hands to support your body up while kneeling. Allow the warm steam to touch the vagina. Cover your lower half with a blanket / sheet. Steam for 10-20 min.
